Are teachers really free forever?

Yes — creating classes, assigning tests from the question bank, viewing analytics, and managing your roster costs nothing, forever. Creating custom tests requires a paid plan: Basic unlocks MCQ, True/False & Fill-in-Blank with CSV import (up to 10 submissions/month); Pro unlocks all types including Subjective, Audio, and Picture questions with unlimited submissions.

How do I cancel?

Cancel any time. You keep access until the end of your billing period — no partial refunds, no surprise charges.

Is my payment secure?

All payments are processed by Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We never store your card details.

How do school plans work?

School plans cover all teachers and students under one account. Teachers join with your org code, students are counted across all your school's classes. One flat rate — no per-seat fees.

How do the achievement badges and rewards work?

Every student on any plan earns badges automatically — no manual claiming. Diamond badges (the hardest tier) extend your plan by 3 months, verified server-side with a 180-day cooldown between extensions. Full rules at thecrisp.in/achievements.
